- A wash and blow dry is included in every full service. Please remove any braids, wig or ponytail ready to be washed. -must be 21 years or older to book. Teens are referral only through current clients by text only. -early arrival is suggested but not required. All of the time is needed to complete the service so please consider this. -appointments on sundays are squeeze ins. ONLY for leave out weaves. - Natural hair cannot exceed back of bra strap for ANY sew in installs. If your hair is bra strap and thick book the last available time or if you cannot please come washed and blown out. - I do give a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes keep in mind certain things will be removed from your service to stay on schedule with time. - 3 bundles minimum are required for sew ins. 26 inches and up may require 4-5 bundles. No low quality hair or synthetic hair. -I do not install ANY Amazon or aliexpress lace wigs. Please only quality wigs. Lace is not what they advertise and not always ear to ear. To avoid problems I do not install them. -confirm appointment through text 24hrs prior to service. You’ll receive automated reminder text/email. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel/reschedule your appointment if it is within the 48 hour window. No call no shows will be banned from booking. Cancel less than 24 hours 50% of the total will be charged. please reach out if you cannot make it to your appointment last minute, you may reschedule for a fee. Hair included installs may not reschedule to another month.
